We want you to be satisfied with your continuing education experience. Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
Eligibility for a refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are available only if you have not completed the course or generated a completion certificate.
- Once a course is completed and a CE certificate has been issued, the purchase is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Contact us through our Contact page with your order details and the reason for your request. We’ll review and respond promptly.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or completing a course, contact us — we’ll work to resolve it or, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Bundles
Course bundles are refundable under the same terms, provided no course within the bundle has been completed or certified.
